The Influence of the Economic Cycle on the Development of Insurance in Czech Republic and Germany

This thesis analyzes the impact of the economic cycle on the insurance market in the Czech Republic and Germany and partly compares these markets. In the first part thesis describes the most important basis, sets out specific goals and defines the basic terms of insurance and macroeconomics, namely the issue of the economic cycle and GDP. Furthermore, on the basis of statistical data described the development of the Czech insurance market and partly German insurance market and in certain points performs comparison of Czech Republic and Germany. Finally, the thesis analyzes insurance and factors affecting it. Work has focused primarily on exploring insurance depending on the development of gross domestic product in both the Czech Republic and Germany.

Commercialization of residential buildings

This thesis deals with the issue of commercialization of residential buildings. The theoretical part introduces the idea of the business cycle and its relation to economic crises. The theoretical part of this thesis also deals with the area of development and related financing and marketing development projects, which is applied subsequently to the practical part for the particular developer's residential project. In addition to the application of this theoretical knowledge is the analysis of a questionnaire survey among residential developers, which is the basis for analyzing the possibility of effective commercialization of residential development projects in the post-crisis period at different stages of the business cycle.

This diploma thesis deal with evaluation price development of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures in concrete company based on economic cycle of Czech Republic. The theoretical part deal with definition economic cycle, description of pricing in construction and analysis of price development. The practical part describes price development of prefabricated construction and specific example shows compilation total price of skeletal structures with reference to observed development in 2014-2019. Conclusion compares economy cycle with building industry and specific example.

Solution to financial crisis in the management of construction company

In this work we will deal with financial analysis of construction company and design possible solutions for stabilization. In the theoretical part of this work we will first focus briefly on the basic issues of macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic situation, especially in construction and perceive financial analysis of company. Based on this knowledge we will analyze a specific company and will draw possible solutions enabling us to achieve a profit or at least overcome the crisis period. For financial analysis will be the part of this work used primarily horizontal and vertical analysis ratios and analysis of financial statements.

The correlation between the automotive industry output cycle and the business cycle in the Czech Republic

This paper aims to investigate the correlation between the output cycle and the business cycle of the Czech Republic's core industry, the automotive industry. The paper begins by analysing the volatility of each variable, and finds that the trends of the automotive industry output cycle and the business cycle align, while the automotive industry output cycle keeps lagging behind the business cycle. Secondly, this paper adopts the VAR model to examine the relationship between the Czech automotive output and its macroeconomic indicators, using the real GDP and the Gross Value added (GVA) to represent the macroeconomic situation. The results show that there is a correlation between Czech automotive industry output and the macroeconomy, but the correlation is asymmetric, which means the automotive industry is more sensitive to macroeconomic shocks but has weaker impact on the macroeconomy. Finally, this paper also measures the correlation between the automotive industry and monetary policy (M2) and finds that the monetary policy shows strong stability and independence, which can affect the progress of the automotive industry, but no reverse effect has been observed.

Development of Business Cycle Simulation Application: Creation of game logic and implementation of the effects of economic policies

This thesis is about programming the economic logic for a 2D videogame about using economic policies for management of the business cycle and implementing that logic in to the videogame. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces the reader to the concept of videogames, programming, and game development in Unity and in general. The practical part of this thesis describes the process of converting the theory behind the effect of economic policies and world events on the business cycle into C# code and the implementation of this code into the videogame as well as programming the rules of the game.

The theoretical part describes the subjects of research and the situation on the market of pharmacology, the division of producers accord-ing to the type of production, their specifics. In the research part is made a technical and fundamental analysis of the balance of profitability of individual entities on the stock market, their comparison with each other and with the business cycle. Finally, according to the obtained results, investment recommendations are given.

Míra synchronizace hospodářských cyklů v zemích V4

This diploma thesis deals with issues of economic cycles in the countries of the Visegrad Group. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the rate of synchronization of economic cycles in the Visegrad Group countries and to determine the rate of synchronization of economic cycles of the Visegrad Group countries with the economic cycle of the European Union represented by the reference country in the form of Germany. The theoretical part deals in detail with the theoretical and methodological bases connected with the economic cycles as well as with the short presentation of the regional group of the Visegrad Group. The practical part describes the development of two basic macroeconomic indicators of each of the Visegrad Group countries, and then the wavelet analysis is applied on monthly data in 1991-2017 in order to determine the rate of synchronization of economic cycles among the Visegrad Group countries and in addition to determine no less important synchronization of economic cycles of these countries with Germany's economic cycle.

This work is based on analysis and comparison of the profitability of selected collective investment funds and economic cycle. The result is to valorize the link between the profitability of these funds and the economic cycle of the Czech republic.
